I cannot explain how much of an impact Fi had on our holiday, not only did she plan every single detail but when things didn’t go our way when we were over there (our own fault or missing flights from delays etc) she worked so hard to fix everything for us so we didn’t have to stress. I would never plan another holiday without her!! Highly highly recommend !!

Fiona organised our entire five-week European holiday from Fights, transfers, tours, accommodation and travel insurance. Fiona's knowledge, research and experience in the travel industry helped us with recommendations on all aspects of our trip. We have only positive things to say about Botanic Ridge Travel. After looking at many tours provided by the larger companies, we chose to engage Botanic Ridge Travel to book a holiday that catered for the things we wanted to see and the places we wanted to travel to. Fiona did a great job tailoring our trip to Canada and Alaska. Fiona's attention to detail was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Botanic Ridge Travel and will definitely be booking with them again.

From start to finish Fiona could not have been more amazing, we as a young family on a budget needed guidance, assistance booking and reassurance we were booking the best quality and safe family friendly holiday. It was the easiest process and Fiona was there (literally could have been in my case). No job to big, literally at the end of the phone any time I had any questions or needed to change anything. Cannot thank her enough. Will never attempt to book even a flight again without picking up the phone Fiona first. If you don’t give her an opportunity you will never know. 100% our agent for life. Excellent travel agent. Quick response time. I had a very tight criteria and Fiona did not fail to deliver. She took everything on board, and managed to put together the best possible package for our trip. She even reached out while we were away making sure that everything was running smoothly. So much so, that within a week of returning from our last trip- we had organised a meeting to plan our next family adventure through her. Amazing Agent. Wouldn’t use any other. Fiona goes beyond excellence in her care for our travels. With our family travel, each family leaving from three separate locations to meet up at our holiday destination together and at roughly the same time, can’t be an easy job. Yet Fiona manages it brilliantly. This latest holiday to the Whitsundays was our second booked with Fiona and it was just as smooth as our first booking taken to Fiji last year and organised by Fiona. I have travelled to every continent and the sub continent and have dealt with many travel agents. Fiona comes out on top every time. Looking forward to booking our next travel through Fiona knowing that it will be a smooth experience.

Fiona organised and planned a group booking of 8 adults and 3 kids to Bali in July this year. Right from the initial booking and planning to a scheduled itinerary, which included links for visas and flight details, she made the whole process so easy. Some of our travellers were from NZ and they had delays with flights and were told they would be split from the group and arrive a day later. Fiona worked behind the scenes while communicating with everyone and got it all sorted, believe me, storms had hit Sydney and there were delayed flights everywhere, but somehow she managed to get everyone back on the same flight as originally planned! Without her it would have been extremely hard to organise such a big group and she took all that stress away. The accomodation she recommended was also a big thumbs up and we all had a great time. We are looking forward to her organising future holidays for us. Do yourself a favour and let her do your next trip, save time, stress, and have it all done for you. Thanks Fiona.

Fiona has exceptional knowledge and professionalism, she has helped our young family with many holidays, recently booking us the most memorable trip to Tasmania, with knowledge on all the best places to go, stay and explore. Never any request that Fiona doesn’t handle with ease!

Fiona is amazing and if we could give 10 stars we would. She kept on top of a 3 week Asia cruise that was postponed 3 times because of COVID. Each time flights and hotels had to be rebooked and Fiona ensured we didn't lose any money. With compassion she worked with us each time to have an extended stay after the cruise. We finally last month were able to enjoy our cruise to Japan via Hong Kong and Tiawan. We had wonderful entertainment on the ship including a ceremony for crossing the Equator. With Fiona's expertise and guidance, we were able to tailor ship tours to our interests, and then when we arrived in Japan a further 10 nights in Osaka and Tokyo. She also made us realise that you're never too old to enjoy Universal Studios and Disneyland. To finish off she suggested a 4 night stopover in Singapore. Fiona not only provided a booklet with an easy to follow itinerary, but also provided an app with full trip details, all required documents, and easy contact back to her to sort any problems should any arise. We cannot highly recommend Fiona for her expertise, compassion and care when booking a trip of a lifetime.
